What an amazing little lure, specifically designed for Melbourne Tuna and Kingfish Fisho’s where finicky fish are feeding subsurface on small bait, but still perfect for any fisho where you need to present a life like stick bait that is small, is fast and you can cast a mile as to not frighten the fish!
Hand carved and shaped from fully reclaimed timber and painted with no less than 10 different finishing coats, Budd’s Baits are at the pinnacle of the hand made lure market. Manufactured in Zimbabwe by Greg Budd – an international contract lure designer for some of the worlds largest lure brands, Greg has now perfected his own premium lure designs and finishes that only available through us.
Specifically designed for the local Melbourne Tuna and Kingfish. The stainless wire is a full through wire design and drop load tested to 200kg. The action is designed with single hooks in mind.
Called the rip stick due to its weight for size, this little menace needs a fast wind to keep it up near the surface or let it sink fast to the skittish fish lurking below.
